FEED Kitchens

We hope you will join us at the Warner Park Community Recreation Center on April 4 from 4:30–7:30 pm for a delicious journey into the culinary world of tomorrow. Our annual Taste the Future event will showcase the innovative dishes and cuisines from around the world that FEED Kitchens hosts and supports.

Each year we choose new vendors, as well as some of our favorite chefs, to showcase what is new in the Madison culinary scene. Here is a short introduction to some of the chefs who are new to FEED Kitchens and will be highlighted at this year’s event.

La Cabra Boja is a brand-new business focused on Spanish cuisine. They are one of our newest members and are excited to introduce Madison to their unique flavors. Another new vendor is Sabor Criollo Venezuelano, a food truck that opened at FEED Kitchens last summer. They will be serving Venezuelan Creole dishes that you won’t want to miss. We will also have M&J’s Jamaican Cuisine, who are new to FEED but not the Madison food scene. Their slow-roasted meats and rice and beans are award-winning Madison favorites.

After Hours Taqueria and Yee’s Kitchen have been growing their businesses at FEED over the past couple of years, and this will be an opportunity to reach a new audience with their food. A few of our popular and long-time members are participating as well, including The Roost, Soho Gourmet, Ember Foods and Food Fix.

These vendors are excited to offer their dishes and showcase their unique cuisines. The event is free to attend, though online ticket registration is required. Visit the FEED Kitchens website (feedkitchens.org).
